Clikalia is born
We founded Clikalia in Madrid with a clear purpose: to transform the real estate industry through technology.
We reached over €30 million in revenue
In just two years, we achieved record annual revenue for such a young company.
We opened in Barcelona
We expanded to Spain’s second-largest city to strengthen Clikalia’s model nationwide and create new business opportunities.
Historic funding round
We raised €460 million in funding, the largest in the history of a Spanish startup.
New offices in Malaga and Seville
Our national expansion continued with the opening of new offices in two of Andalusia’s major cities.
We landed in France and Portugal
We opened in our neighbouring countries to revolutionize the real estate market there as well.
Studio by Clikalia and Space are born
We launched two new business lines: Studio by Clikalia and Space. The first is a renovation studio focused on functionality and sustainability. The second is Europe’s largest 3D studio, that uses gaming technology to combine hyperrealism, interactivity, and connectivity.
Clikalia joins EsTech
Clikalia became a member of EsTech, the platform for high-growth technology-based companies in Spain, recognized as one of the leading scaleups nationally and across Europe.
We open our first “concept store”
Our fifth office in Spain, located in Valencia offers a unique concept within Clikalia: an innovative, immersive and personalised real estate space where technology transforms the customer experience.
We reported turnover exceeding €270 million
We achieved positive EBITDA, increased revenue by 7.6% compared to 2023, and sold over 1,000 homes.
We launched our channel on Movistar
Clikalia lands on Movistar, the world of audiovisual entertainment with live shows, podcasts and original housing content.
