For Clikalia it is important that you have a comprehensive service which includes all the necessary services for the sale of a house such as: continuous advice, a professional valuation, professional photos, floor plan, publication in the most visited portals so that everyone knows that you sell your house, management of calls and visits to the property, legal accompaniment, processing of the CEE and certificate of occupancy. We also help you with all the paperwork: we take care of the nota simple, the earnest money contract, the CEE, the certificate of habitability and we accompany you on the day of the signing at the notary's office.
What formalities must be taken into account when selling a property?
In order to carry out the sale of the property in Spain it is necessary to comply with a series of requirements so that the operation is done legally and in compliance with all the requested requirements. For this you will need: DNI, simple note, energy certificate, plans of the house, certificate of habitability (according to your community), ITE, statutes of the community, deposit or reservation contract, payment of real estate taxes, technical inspection of buildings, receipt of payment of IBI, last invoices of supplies, certificate of being up to date with payments of the community, certificate of zero debt and deeds.
