This Legal Notice regulates the use of the website clikalia.es (hereinafter, the Site), which provides information on goods or services offered by CLIKALIA companies.
Use of the Site requires the user's acceptance of each and every one of the clauses indicated in this Legal Notice, as well as each of the warnings or specific clauses established for the contracting of certain services and products or use of areas of the Site. 
Should users fail to accept the clauses set out in this Legal Notice, they must refrain from accessing and/or using the services and/or content made available on the Site.

CLIKALIA provides no guarantee of the fact that the content is accurate or error-free or that the free use of the content by the user does not infringe the rights of third parties. Users themselves are responsible for the proper use or misuse of this site and its content. 
Likewise, without prior authorisation from CLIKALIA, the total or partial reproduction, retransmission, copying, transfer or rebroadcasting of the information contained on the Site, for whatever purpose and by whatever means, is prohibited.

• Any type of unlawful acts, acts infringing rights or harmful and/or prejudicial acts performed by them.

FORUM
This Legal Notice is drawn up in Spanish and is subject to Spanish legislation currently in force. For any type of dispute arising from the use of the services offered or from the content of the Site, the parties shall, through acceptance of the clauses set out in this Legal Notice, defer to the competent Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
Should any of the clauses set out in the Legal Notice be declared null and void, the remaining clauses shall continue to apply and shall not be affected by the declaration of nullity.
