To rent a home with Clikalia, follow these steps: 1. Reserve the home 2. Create your customer account 3. Upload the required documents in your private area so we can assess your rental profile. Once we’ve received all your documents, we’ll confirm if you are the right profile for the home you want to rent. After that, we sign the rental contract and that's it: the home is all yours.

If you’re interested in renting one of our homes, you’ll first need to make a reservation. Why? That way, we can start a detailed and personalised review of your rental profile. The reservation is a €200 deposit which, if your rental profile is approved, will be deducted from your first month's rent. If, in the end, your profile isn’t the right fit for the property, the amount will be refunded immediately.
